After navigating my son’s dyslexia and dysgraphia, I learned how to help him and other children. I am a CALT, a certified academic language therapist. We are trained to help the students who struggle the most to learn to read and write. I can help a student with oral language skills, handwriting, reading, spelling, comprehension, fluency, writing, grammar, vocabulary building, and more. The approach I use includes all aspects of literacy. I work with kids with ADHD, dyslexia, and/or dysgraphia. I have experience working with homeschooled students and homeschooled my son as well. I work in person in the Cypress, Texas area and work online. This journey has taught me that the right kind of instruction changes lives.
